Request Account Deletion

We value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:

1. Delete Account within the App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly through the boq bands app:

1. Open the boq app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down to find the Delete Account option.
4. Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account and data.

Note: This action is irreversible. All your workout history, preferences, and data will be permanently removed.

2. Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, you can contact our support team:

• Email us at support@boqbands.com
• Please send the email from the address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.
• Subject Line: Account Deletion Request

We will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted.

Data Retention

Once your account is deleted, all personal data associated with your account will be removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
