1. User Responsibilities

As a user of Boq, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including but not limited to your equipment, workout details, and preferences, is accurate and up-to-date. You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.

You are responsible for inputting the correct information regarding your workouts, such as equipment used, reps, sets, and exercises performed.
You may choose to input preferences to adjust your workout experience. You are responsible for ensuring these preferences align with your personal fitness goals.
You are encouraged to report bugs and provide feedback; however, Boq is under no obligation to implement such feedback or resolve bugs.

2. Affiliate Links

Boq includes affiliate links to Amazon for various fitness-related products. If you make a purchase through these links, Boq may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay for any products.

3. Subscription

Boq offers a subscription service for users to access premium features. Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and payment processing.

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID settings.
Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly.
Boq reserves the right to modify the subscription fees or the features available to subscribers at any time.

4. Liability Waiver

By using Boq, you acknowledge and agree that you are participating in exercises, activities, and fitness routines at your own risk. Boq is not responsible for any injuries, health complications, or other adverse effects that may result from your use of the App or following any exercises provided.

You agree to consult with a physician before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns.
You acknowledge that Boq is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during or after use of the App.
You waive any right to pursue legal action or claims against Boq for injuries, damages, or other issues related to your use of the App.

5. Privacy and Data

Boq collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

7. Modifications

Boq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these ToS from time to time, and your continued use of Boq constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
